Editing soundtrack and voice over

In the project screen, you can add background music or record voice over by click on the Edit soundtrack button at the bottom panel.

Then the soundtrack editor screen will be shown, here you can add a background music by tapping on Insert song button or record a voice over by tapping on Record button at the bottom panel. soundtrack editor You can also move the triangle cursor to add music or voice at a specific position. When adding a background music, you can select a track from the built-in list track from built-in list or from your computer storage. from computer storage

When both background music and recorded voice are added, they will be shown in two separated channels Background Music and Voice Over. after music and voice are added You can change the active channel by tapping on the corresponding waveform panel. The active channel will be highlighted and the inactive one will be dimmed. You can only insert new song if the active channel is Background Music.

After adding some tracks, the color of waveform of each audio section will be changed alternately after adding music and voice

There are 3 ways to select an audio part:

  • Click on the thumbnail of a slide to select a part with the same duration of the slide. select 1
  • Click on the waveform to set the cursor position, move white oval to change the current position, move blue oval to change the duration of selection. select 2
  • Double click on the waveform to select an audio section corresponding to an added song or recorded voice. select 3

After selecting an audio part, you can apply these following effects:
Fade in: Apply a fade in effect on the selected audio part.

Fade out: Apply a fade out effect on the selected audio part.

Volume: Change the volume up or down of the selected audio part.

Delay: Insert a silence at the current position. You can modify the duration of silence in the popup dialog or move the blue oval cursor. Then tap OK button to apply the effect.

Cut: Remove the selected audio part from active channel.

Clear soundtrack: There are 3 options you can select

Clear all: Remove all added music and recorded audio
Clear music: Remove all added music and keep recorded audio
Clear voice: Remove all recored audio and keep added music
Please note that you will not able to undo those actions.

Undo: Undo an action that has been done.

Zoom-in/out: You can zoom in or out the waveform. The thumbnails are also extended according to their duration.
